These are typically niche or regional brands or businesses seeking support for brand awareness, national expansion, major capacity investments, innovation, channel diversification and other growth opportunities, while often realizing partial liquidity for their families and taking on a trusted, long-term partner.

We are focused on investing alongside and supporting our founder partners, who are looking to grow and maximize the impact of the healthcare companies they started. We seek to meet and build relationships with founders of those companies that want to be part of the solution to our growing healthcare cost conundrum. Our approach is to provide capital, board-level expertise, and access to our network to support the growth of these companies.
