National Frozen Foods (“NFF”) processes and freezes vegetables at four company owned facilities in Washington and Oregon. NFF was founded in 1912 and is one of the oldest and largest frozen vegetable processors the U.S. NFF’s products, which are mostly pre-packaged, private label vegetables or bulk vegetables, are sold to foodservice distributors, retailers, and other food manufacturers throughout the US and in Asia.
Endeavour partnered with management to provide liquidity to the 3rd and 4th generation family members of the founders, many of whom retained ownership alongside Endeavour. During the partnership, the Company made two acquisitions, invested in automation and additional cold storage, and grew substantially.
Endeavour and the other shareholders sold the Company to a strategic buyer in 2013.
