These are typically niche or regional brands or businesses seeking support for brand awareness, national expansion, major capacity investments, innovation, channel diversification and other growth opportunities, while often realizing partial liquidity for their families and taking on a trusted, long-term partner.

At Endeavour, we have invested in companies that bring healthcare solutions closer to the consumer, new models in value-based care delivery, as well as those that engineer and manufacture some of the most advanced medical devices in use. Additionally, we view a changing landscape towards value-oriented care delivery as an opportunity to support those companies contributing to success in this payment model. We are focused on investing alongside and supporting our founder partners, who are looking to grow and maximize the impact of the healthcare companies they started. We seek to meet and build relationships with founders of those companies that want to be part of the solution to our growing healthcare cost conundrum. Our approach is to provide capital, board-level expertise, and access to our network to support the growth of these companies.

We partner with businesses that are leaders in their respective segments and are looking for a partner to achieve partial liquidity and accelerate growth without taking on excessive risk. Our three decades of experience covers most industrial subsectors where we employ a long-term orientation and prudent capital structure to span economic cycles. We seek to collaboratively add value at our partner companies through our operational ‘toolbox’ and network of executives that can provide support at the company or board level.
Endeavour also has significant experience investing in asset intensive and asset light transportation companies serving a wide variety of commodity and specialty goods segments.

We have a long history of partnering with founder, family and employee-owned firms in business and technology services industries.
Our 30+ years of partnership experience spans many subsectors including financial services, legal services, professional services, tech-enabled business outsourcing and software. These businesses are usually market leaders in their respective field and have growth opportunities that require a patient and long-term capital partner. We don’t have a single approach to working with our business partners and are comfortable investing behind variety of growth strategies and business models: organic hiring efforts, focused M&A and new market expansions. We are comfortable as either a majority or minority shareholder and have an extended investment horizon.
