Stephen joined Endeavour in 2002. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the food and consumer, specialty retail, niche manufacturing / industrials, transportation and logistics, and business services industries. Stephen serves on the boards of Entek, ATL Technology and Point B.

Before joining Endeavour, Stephen was the Chairman of Stoel Rives LLP, one of the largest law firms in the Pacific Northwest. At Stoel Rives, Stephen’s practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, and securities transactions. Stephen’s relationship with Endeavour, as counsel and as an investor, dates back to its formation in 1991.

In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, Stephen also serves on the board of Columbia Sportswear Company and Pendleton Woolen Mills, and is a former board member of Roseburg Forest Products. Stephen has a B.A. from Stanford University, a J.D. from Stanford Law School and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Stephen is based in the Seattle office and divides his time between Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington. Stephen and his wife have two sons.

David joined Endeavour in 2011. Since joining Endeavour, he has worked with companies in the healthcare and business services industries. David leads the healthcare investing effort for Endeavour. He currently serves as a board member of Fi Holdings, Equality Health, ATL Technology and Point B.

Prior to Endeavour, David was with DW Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Previously, he was part of Comerica Bank’s Technology & Life Sciences division.

David is originally from Aberdeen, WA. He received a B.A. degree in finance from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago. David lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife and three children.

Aaron joined Endeavour in 1996. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the transportation and logistics, niche manufacturing / industrials, business services, food and consumer, and specialty retail industries. He currently serves on the boards of Global Harvest Foods and Willamette Valley Company, and is an observer on the board of Point B.

Prior to Endeavour, Aaron was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, principally serving in their operations practice in Cleveland and Hong Kong where he focused on advising manufacturing and distribution clients.

Aaron received his A.B., Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In addition to his roles on Endeavour boards, Aaron also serves as Director of Manson Construction and Green Diamond Resource Company. He is also a volunteer firefighter and EMT with Chelan County Fire District #5. Aaron grew up in Junction City, Oregon and lives with his wife and three children in Seattle, Washington.

Bradaigh joined Endeavour in 2004. Since that time, she has worked with companies in the food and consumer, specialty retail, niche manufacturing and distribution industries. Bradaigh focuses on the food, consumer and specialty retail industries for Endeavour. She currently sits on the boards of Arizona Nutritional Supplements, Manitobah Mukluks and Global Harvest Foods.

Prior to Endeavour, Bradaigh worked at Fenway Partners, a private equity firm in New York, where she focused on investing in food and consumer products companies. Prior to Fenway, she was at The Beacon Group, an investment bank and private equity firm that was subsequently acquired by JPMorgan Chase.

Bradaigh received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to her roles on Endeavour boards, she also serves as a Director of Rainier Scholars, a Seattle-based non-profit. Bradaigh lives in Seattle, Washington with her husband and two young children.
