Gregg rejoined Endeavour in 2026 as a Vice President and helps drive the firm’s investment efforts across the Pacific Northwest.

Gregg began his career at Houlihan Lokey as an analyst and associate in M&A and corporate transactions. Drawn to working with entrepreneurs in his home region, he first joined Endeavour in 2021, where he served as an Associate and Senior Associate supporting the firm’s efforts across a range of industries. Gregg spent the next four years of his career as a Vice President of Finance and CFO at a management consulting firm in the Pacific Northwest before rejoining Endeavour in 2026. Having worked as both an investor and an operator, Gregg has a deep respect for businesses and the people and cultures behind them.

Gregg received a B.S. in Accounting, cum laude, with a minor in Applied Mathematics from the University of Oregon, where he was a member of the Lundquist College of Business Honors Program. An Oregon native, Gregg was born and raised in Northeast and Northwest Portland and enjoys hiking, endurance sports, woodworking, and tinkering around in the garage. Gregg lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife.
