Julia joined Endeavour’s talent team in 2026. As a Talent Analyst, she supports Endeavour's executive search and broader talent strategy by researching and identifying top CEO and board candidates across key industry verticals. She partners closely with the Head of Talent to strengthen executive partnerships and help build high-performing leadership teams across the firm's portfolio companies.

Prior to Endeavour, Julia was part of the Private Practice Litigation team at Larson Maddox, where she made placements amongst top defense-side law firms. She earned a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from San Jose State University. A Northern California native, Julia currently resides in Los Angeles.
