Shane joined Endeavour in 2021. Since that time, he has worked with companies in the industrials, consumer, and technology & business services industries. He currently serves as a board observer of Andavi Solutions, CTC Global, Portland Bolt & Manufacturing Company and Red, White & Blue Thrift.

Prior to Endeavour, Shane was an Associate at Golden Gate Capital, a middle-market private equity firm in San Francisco, where he focused on investing in industrial services and niche manufacturing companies. Prior to that, Shane was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York and Chicago, primarily working on M&A advisory and capital raising. Shane received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, with honors, and a B.S. degree in Finance from DePaul University. Shane currently resides in Portland, Oregon.
