Mark joined Endeavour in 1998. Since that time, he has led or co-led investments in a broad range of industries and held various leadership roles in the Firm. Mark currently serves on the boards of Array, Nordic Cold Chain Solutions, Apex Dental Partners, Andavi Solutions, and ATL Technologies.

Prior to Endeavour, Mark was a Partner at Green Manning & Bunch, a Denver-based investment banking firm. Prior to GMB, Mark worked in the investment banking groups at Boettcher & Company (now Wells Fargo) in Denver and Morgan Stanley in New York.

Mark is a Life Trustee at Lewis & Clark College and has served on several non-profits boards including the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Colorado Chapter, Boy Scouts of America, Denver Area Council and Food Bank of the Rockies. Mark received a B.S. from Lewis and Clark College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He and his wife of 40 years reside in Denver, Colorado and have three grown children and 2 grandchildren.
