Bradaigh joined Endeavour in 2004. Since that time, she has worked with companies in the food and consumer, specialty retail, niche manufacturing and distribution industries. Bradaigh works across industries for Endeavour and spends much of her time focused on companies in the Pacific Northwest. She also supports the day-to-day operations of the firm. Bradaigh currently sits on the boards of Manitobah and Global Harvest Foods.
Prior to Endeavour, Bradaigh worked at Fenway Partners, a private equity firm in New York, where she focused on investing in food and consumer products companies. Prior to Fenway, she was at The Beacon Group, an investment bank and private equity firm that was subsequently acquired by JPMorgan Chase.
Bradaigh received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Until recently, she served on the board of Rainer Scholars, a Seattle-based non-profit supporting access to education. She currently serves on an advisory committee to Seattle Children’s Hospital, supporting the growth and stewardship of their endowment. Bradaigh lives in Seattle, Washington with her husband and two children.
