Austin joined Endeavour in 2023. Prior to Endeavour, Austin was a Principal at The Inception Companies, a private opportunistic investment firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to Inception, Austin was a Vice President at The Yucaipa Companies, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on investing in consumer and hospitality companies. Prior to Yucaipa, Austin was an Associate in the Investment Banking group at Imperial Capital and an Analyst at Duff & Phelps.

Austin received a B.S., with honors, from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Austin currently lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife and two daughters.
