Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri with significant operations in California and Texas, Omni-Invictus, LLC (“Array”) is an outsourced legal services business providing legal professionals at law firms, practitioner offices, and companies with litigation support solutions. The Company provides services including eDiscovery, managed review, records retrieval, court reporting, traditional services, and staffing, among other solutions.      

Endeavour was introduced to Array in 2023 by a trusted attorney in Phoenix who knew the Company and Endeavour well. In July 2024, Endeavour partnered with founders and existing management team and together, are committed to executing the Company’s strategic growth plan through geographic expansion, service line expansion, and M&A.
