Steve joined Endeavour in 2024.  As an Operating Partner, Steve will work with the CFOs of Endeavour’s portfolio companies to provide support and mentorship, implement best practices, and assist in the exit process.

Before joining Endeavour, Steve was the CFO of Vigor Industrial, a previous Endeavour portfolio company.  He started his career in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co. (M&A group) and Bank of America Securities (Global Industrial Group) in New York.

Steve received his B.A. degree from the University of Oregon.  He resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife and two children.
