Siena joined Endeavour’s talent team in 2025. As a Talent Analyst, she supports the firm’s talent strategy by assisting with executive and board-level searches across key industry sectors, aligning top-tier leadership with the investment priorities of partner companies.

Prior to Endeavour, Siena was part of the Interim Leaders team at McDermott + Bull, where she contributed to executive placements across a range of industries. She earned a B.S. in Communication Studies with a minor in Journalism from Texas Christian University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. A Southern California native, Siena currently resides in Santa Monica.
