Quinn joined Endeavour’s talent team in 2023. At Endeavour, Quinn conducts executive and non-executive searches for partner companies and identifies talent to support different investment theses. He began his career at Third Bridge, a primary investment research firm, before jumping into executive search at True Search, where he recruited key product and technology leaders.

He joins Endeavour from Signal Partners, a Private Equity/Growth Equity executive search firm. Originally from the East Coast, Quinn played two years of collegiate lacrosse at Hampden-Sydney College (VA) before graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A  in History and a Minor in Urban Studies and Planning. Quinn currently resides in Santa Monica, California.
