Michael joined Endeavour in 2026 and helps drive the firm’s talent strategy across the portfolio, partnering with leadership teams to identify, attract, and develop high-impact talent. He supports end-to-end recruiting and talent initiatives, from defining role needs and refining hiring processes to advising on organizational design and workforce planning, ensuring companies have the teams they need to scale effectively.
Prior to Endeavour, Michael was a Partner at Bespoke Partners, where he advised leading private equity firms on complex executive talent engagements. Before Bespoke, he was a Partner and member of the executive leadership team at McDermott + Bull.
Michael earned his degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife.
