Ian joined Endeavour in 2025. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Energy, Power & Infrastructure group at Harris Williams, where he worked on a variety of M&A engagements covering Environmental Services, Energy Management, Engineering & Construction, and Commercial Services.

Ian holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Politics from Washington and Lee University. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
