PK Global, formerly ProKarma, Inc., based in Beaverton, Oregon is a global information technology consulting firm providing customized solutions for large enterprises. The Company designs, builds and delivers technology solutions to help its customers drive productivity, efficiency, and maximum utilization of their technology investments. PK Global was founded in 2001, operates a global services organization, and the founders led the business until the final strategic sale.

From the outset, Endeavour developed a strong relationship with the PK Global management team based on common culture and operating philosophies. PK Global was looking for a partner who could support continued growth through acquisitions and organic expansion while preserving the corporate culture. Endeavour was attracted to PK Global’s deep customer relationships, expertise in emerging technologies, and global delivery capabilities. In December 2012, Endeavour invested in PK Global to support the Company’s growth plans.

In 2016, PK Global’s management and Endeavour sold a majority interest in the Company to a financial investor with experience in IT services. In 2021, PK Global was acquired by a public traded services company.
