Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Global Harvest Foods (“Global Harvest” or the “Company”) is one of the largest producers and marketers of private label and branded wild bird food and related products. The Company primarily sells to national retailers, including Tractor Supply, Walmart, Costco, and Kroger. The Company operates nine manufacturing facilities located near key grain growing regions, shipping lanes, and rail lines throughout the United States.

Global Harvest has been owned by the Mills family since its founding in 1982. In 2021, Endeavour invested in the Company to provide partial liquidity to existing shareholders and capital for growth initiatives. Together, Endeavour, the Mills family and management are focused on executing Global Harvest’s organic growth initiatives and pursuing M&A opportunities.
