Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, Alpha Media is an owner and operator of radio stations across the U.S. covering all formats. The Company currently owns over 200 radio stations in 44 markets and remains active in the pursuit of additional acquisition targets.

After a successful partnership with Citadel Communications in the 1990s (later renamed Citadel Broadcasting), Endeavour teamed up again with Larry Wilson and his management team to establish Alpha Broadcasting by acquiring six stations in Portland, Oregon in 2009. The team focused on improving and growing these stations on a standalone basis over a five year period, and in 2014 Alpha Media was formed through the merger of Alpha Broadcasting and L&L Broadcasting, a radio holding company also owned by Larry Wilson and other investors. The Company performed well until early 2020 when Covid related shutdowns and restrictions led to a debt restructuring and change in ownership.
