ZOOM+care operates an on-demand, technology-enabled health delivery system featuring neighborhood-based medical clinics and a customized health insurance plan. ZOOM+care clinics feature transparent pricing, flexible hours, rapid scheduling, and convenient services across a broad range of medical specialties. The Company was founded in 2006 by two physicians — Dr. David Sanders and Dr. Albert DiPiero — and is headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon. Since its founding, the Company has established a strong presence across the Portland and Seattle metropolitan markets.

Endeavour established a relationship with ZOOM+care over a two-year period preceding the investment. Endeavour and the founders share a common vision for combining retail concepts with cost-effective healthcare solutions that provide high-quality patient outcomes. In 2014, ZOOM+care and Endeavour partnered on a minority investment to further develop the Company’s innovative healthcare delivery model. The investment allowed ZOOM+care to accelerate the opening of new clinics and expand the breadth of services provided in its patient-centric delivery system.

In late 2018, the founders and Endeavour sold the Company to a strategic acquirer seeking a retail care platform and committed to supporting the management’s continued growth plans.
