Josh joined Endeavour in 2026. Prior to joining, Josh was an investment professional at TPG, a global San Francisco-based private equity firm. Josh was a Senior Associate in TPG’s Growth fund, where he focused on investing in founder-led and entrepreneur-owned companies across the middle-market business services landscape. Before his time at TPG, Josh worked at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group and prior to that, as an Analyst in the Firm Strategy & Execution Group (Corporate Development + Corporate Strategy). Josh received an M.B.A in Strategic Management from The Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.A. in Economics from Yale University. Josh currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife.
