Port Logistics Group) was formed in 2008 through the acquisition of several regional logistics providers and has since grown to become a national 3PL serving the ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach, New York/New Jersey, and Seattle/Tacoma. Today, the Company is the nation’s leading provider of gateway logistics services, including value-added warehousing and distribution, transloading and cross-docking, vendor consolidation and national transportation. With approximately six million square feet of warehouse space, Whiplash provides the critical link between international transportation and the last-mile supply chain.

After several successful partnerships with companies in the trucking, marine transportation, air freight and supply chain sectors, Endeavour viewed Whiplash as a well-managed platform with a service-oriented culture that was positioned for meaningful growth. In 2014, Endeavour and members of the Company’s management team invested in Whiplash to provide liquidity to existing shareholders and to support future acquisitions and key organic growth initiatives.

In 2021, Endeavour, management, and other shareholders sold their full interest in the Company to Ryder System, Inc., a global transportation and logistics provider with significant experience and expertise in the industry.
