Founded in 1952 with headquarters in Eugene, OR, The Willamette Valley Company (“WVCO”) manufactures and distributes a wide variety of custom products and services throughout the world. While its roots are in the wood products industry, WVCO’s expertise and solutions encompass innovative coatings, fillers, adhesives, robotics, parts, engineering, and more across more than a dozen industries and specialties. WVCO currently employs over 450 people and operates 15 facilities across North and South America and Europe.

Endeavour developed a relationship with the owners and management team over more than 15 years. In 2017, Endeavour invested in WVCO to provide partial liquidity to the long-time shareholders and support management’s pursuit of acquisitions and other growth initiatives.
