Investment Criteria

  • $5-50M Earnings EBITDA of $5.0 to $50.0 million and larger
  • $25-100M Equity Ownership Typically $25 to $100 million of equity capital; however, with our partners we have the ability to invest substantially more.
  • Flexible Ownership Positions Minority or majority ownership positions
  • 5-10y Investment Time Frame Flexible – typically 5-10 year time horizon
