Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, Vigor Industrial LLC (“Vigor”) is a leading provider of shipbuilding, ship repair, and complex fabrication in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska with twelve locations and approximately 2,500 workers. Vigor builds and repairs vessels, including fishing boats, tugs, ferries, barges, fireboats, high performance Special Forces combatant crafts and other specialized vessels. The Company also fabricates heavy, high complexity projects such as structural bridge girders, nuclear containment devices, dam lift gates, and space launch complex towers.

Endeavour got to know Vigor over roughly a decade. In November 2011, Endeavour acquired a minority interest in the Company to fund continued growth through acquisitions and additional investments in capital equipment. Following Endeavour’s investment, Vigor completed five acquisitions and built the largest floating dry dock in the United States. In 2019, Vigor shareholders and Endeavour sold a majority interest in the Company to a financial investor with experience in industrials space.
