Dynamic Aerostructures, LLC (“Dynamic”) is a leading manufacturer of critical structural components and assemblies for the aerospace and defense industry. Dynamic has completed one acquisition since its formation: Forrest Machining, Inc. (“Forrest”), which specializes in hard metal components, large aluminum structures, and complex assemblies for key A&D customers such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, and others. With 230,000 square feet and over 130 active spindles, including 30 large bed multi-spindle gantries, Forrest is one of the largest independent A&D manufacturing businesses in North America. Dynamic acquired Forrest in 2021. Forrest is headquartered in Valencia, CA.

In 2021, Endeavour partnered with Tim Mickael (who stepped in as CEO) to form Dynamic Aerostructures in pursuit of a differentiated aerostructures and assembly platform across the defense, space, and commercial aviation markets. Together, Endeavour and management are focused on providing industry leading service and quality by investing in people, state of the art equipment and systems, and strategic acquisitions.
