Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Tall Oak Learning is a provider of post-secondary career education to students at multiple locations throughout Texas. Accredited nationally by the Council on Occupational Education and regionally by the Texas Workforce Commission, the Company provides its students with career training in the fields of allied health, business, cosmetology, HVAC repair and welding.

Tall Oak was formed in 2009 through a partnership between Endeavour and a veteran for-profit education industry CEO. Tall Oak purchased an existing career school from its founder in late 2009, and since that time Endeavour has worked alongside management to professionalize the organization, improve student outcomes and regulatory standing, and grow the Company’s program offering. Endeavour exited Tall Oak in 2020 through a sale to the Company’s management team.
